She selected 12, and added them to the tablecloth order. Checked out and realized that she ordered 12 packages of 12 napkins! (ie. 144) She called and received the after hours VM and left a message that was never returned. Sadly we received lots of extra napkins that "we" had to pay to ship back, then ended up realizing that their was a 20% restocking fee. So much for using the Internet to shop for something that good ol' Target would have probably stocked.
