Geek Habitat

I wrote an entry on Monday, but with too many browser windows open I managed to nuke it before it could be saved to drafts. It’s 1:30 AM and I am exhausted, but not enough to preclude me from posting a quick stream of consciousness recap:

* Sammy is doing very well. You can follow his progress and Eka’s enjoyment of the world post-Fontan heart surgery over at WonderBliss & Sammy’s HLHS blog.
* I broke the little toe on my left foot. I’ve “buddy taped” it to its neighbor and that’s basically all a physician would be able to do for it. Wearing normal tennis shoes, or even my Crocs, is very painful so I’m living barefoot or in Tevas for awhile.
* Sara is doing awesome. I’ve posted some recent videos and photos of her, with more to come as always. Her vocabulary is growing, both in terms of words she can say and use properly, and even greater still the words she understands. * Justin’s been busting his tail off for our small business, and though Sara and I miss him things are starting to wind down so we’ll have more family time again.
