Day 72: New Exercises
I found the following useful reference site featuring videos of various exercises — including many that are beneficial to knee rehabbers. I found it while doing a search for more information on single leg squats, which I haven’t done and want to begin doing on my own.

It’s run by the National Council on Strength & Fitness; I’d never heard of them before, but there’s lots of good stuff on the site.

Just to say I really love the fact you’ve got this site. I am in PT awaiting surgery and it’s reassuring to monitor your progress. I’m hoping for surgery in about 4 weeks, then I’ll be comparing notes.
