My windshield is repaired — Safelite Auto Glass made an on-location repair here at the house yesterday (Saturday) morning. The cracks are now nearly invisible from outside the vehicle, and look like hard water deposits from the interior. However, since the cracks/spots are directly at my eye-line as the driver, they’re still annoying the hell out of me. I’ll get over it. I was fixating on them at a stop light, with a beautiful blue sky in the background, and I realized the floaters in my vision are worse and more annoying than those two now-minute spots in the windshield. C’est la vie, c’est la guerre.
