Cloak of Geekiness +10

You know you’re an uber geek if …

  • you check your email and favorite forums/blogs hourly, but forget to check our U.S.P.S. mail for several days.
  • you get jazzed about buying a devil duck because you’d forgotten about them and have always wanted one.
  • you had to order two, because your spouse wants one just as much as you do.
  • you’re eagerly awaiting the arrival of your latest eBay purchase, a Starfleet Academy window cling.
  • you search CafePress for just the right geek slogan and, in a fit of inspiration, find one that spurs you to combine your love of Star Trek with your support of hybrid vehicles.
  • you spend $100 (I know, I know…) to perfectly execute your chosen geek slogan in two hard chrome license plate frames
  • you blog about it so you can share your geek slogan before the elecrons have even cooled from your purchase.

So, here it is:
grok Hybrids?
Live Long & Prosper

If you need help with grok, you may be a geek but you’re not an uber geek. ;)

Having read stranger in a strange land … ok, twice… I guess I may be at least an journeyman geek, maybe even master geek. But damn! You win this round! I have three normal ducks but no devil. I haven’t yet ordered my autobot, cobra, or thundercats window clings and I drive an ‘05 Mustang… not the most eco-friendly of vehicles. Hell… i don’t even own a GPS.. yet

Nah, building your own PCs trumps geek slogans and devil ducks any day! You’re an uber geek, even if you don’t know it. ;)
