2nd gen (black). There were no 8 gigger 1st gen iPod nanos (max. was 4 GB). :) My old nano is a 1st gen. You interested? Someone Jus works with might be interested, as well.
Got a new P.I.E. connector to interface the nano with my hybrid, too -- still no song titles/data on my car radio, but at least I can use the iPods controls -or- my stock radio to control the nano, now. My original interface took over the nano's controls, meaning it was best left stuck in my center console out of sight. 'Course now I'm struggling with a tasteful, cost effective and easily removable mounting solution for the nano in my vehicle. There's a "ProClip" system, but no way am I paying $85+ in cost, taxes and shipping to buy a mounting system when my interface + charging system only cost a tad bit more than that!
