Added Later: While I’m shilling for blogs I read daily, you really need to start reading Waiter Rant daily. Pure gold, I tell you! And you thought you had to put up with asshats at your workplace!

I have wandered into it on a few occasions, but I just realized Memory Alpha is a Star Trek-specific version of Wikipedia. {woot!} More pure geekage! I even got to add something to it. While listening to the audiobook, Star Trek Voyager: “Mosaic” (narrated by Kate Mulgrew), I encountered the word vulky. A quick search brought me to Memory Alpha’s entry:
Vulky: adj., meaning “boring”

I’ve had an annoying glitch on my desktop computer ever since I got it — I couldn’t watch any video on CNN.com and some other websites.

Finally took the time to locate & implement a solution. Voila, CNN can now numb my mind further through videos rather than just “Breaking News” headlines.

Just for the record, it’s too damned hot here. Ok? Just read this entry daily, as it will be accurate until, oh, Halloween, at the very least!
