After a rather frustrating experience yesterday installing our carseat in our vehicle, I just wanted to share a very useful resource for asking questions and getting information about installing a carseat in a vehicle –

I registered on the forum early afternoon on Saturday, reposting an email I sent a local certified carseat installer that contained a bunch of questions/concerns we had as a result of installing our carseat. I was flabbergasted to check the forum several hours later to find I already had two very helpful, informative replies that specifically addressed my questions (which were specific to my particular make/model carseat and vehicle — 2003 Graco SnugRide & 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid FWD.)

Sprout is definitely getting big and strong. She spent much of yesterday lodging a foot up toward the left-side of my ribcage; when I poked her foot gently to move it, she pushed harder! Hehe… already got a mind of her own (and, to be fair, I’m sure there’s just not enough room in there to get comfortable, any more than there is any way for me to get comfortable these days.)

By the end of this coming week, I’ll be 37 weeks and considered full-term. Sometime between now and 41.5 weeks, we will have a newborn girl (with a real name!) in our midst! Are you ready? We are!

I’m sure these lyrics were written with the intent of being a sappy love song that gets lots of airplay on nightly radio dedication call-in shows, but pregnant-hormonal-gal that I am these days, it fits perfectly for the feelings of expectant parents awaiting the birth of their little one –

Oops, I just realized it’d been almost a full week since my last entry. Justin, Sprout and I are doing well. I wish I could say I’ve gotten a lot accomplished in the “downtime” from the blog, but judging by my “To Do” list, that isn’t very accurate.

• Dental visit to fill my cavity (Monday, February 26).
• [Recurring Task] Process and ship print orders generated by Moore Photography & Design.
  
• Web updates to our various revenue-producing sites, in priority order (this single task spawns TWO other “To Do” lists… needless to say, I’m all about prioritization right now.)
